How to choose a web design agency without regretting it
Six questions that separate a studio that will ship from one that will stall.
Ask who will actually do the work. Many agencies sell with seniors and deliver with juniors. You want the names of the people on your project before you sign anything.
Ask to see a site they built two years ago. Anyone can show a launch screenshot. Fewer can show a site that still loads fast and still ranks.
Ask what happens at the end. You should own the code, the domain, the analytics and the ad accounts. If any of that stays with the agency, walk away.
